The vouchers will cover services that fall from 4/1/26 through 3/31/27 Garbage and recycling must be disposed at a local vendor – GFL or Tru-Recycling. All Alpha residents who purchase garbage bags from the Village office can turn in those receipts for reimbursement. If you have a dumpster, you can submit a copy of your monthly invoice for reimbursement If you take garbage to GFL, you must collect a receipt for the amount paid. You may use multiple combinations of vouchers to cover a receipt or you could use one voucher to cover multiple receipts. The voucher has no cash value unless accompanied by acceptable receipts. No reimbursement will be given for a voucher submitted without a receipt. Residents can also form a group, combining their vouchers to cover garbage costs. If this is the case, you need to notify the office all the residents in your group. One person from the group will be the administrator. They will submit the invoices and vouchers for payment. Payment will only be made to the administrator. You can send your receipts/vouchers to the office anytime throughout the year. They can also be dropped in our secure drop box located to the right of our front doors.
